Which server should I join — community or support?
If Admit itself is broken, misbehaving, or not responding, join the bot support server — that's staffed for troubleshooting. For everything else (feedback, feature ideas, meeting other server owners), the community server is the better fit.
Admit isn't responding to commands. What should I check first?
Confirm Admit has permission to view and send messages in the channel you're using, and that slash commands are enabled for your server's integrations. If it still doesn't respond, check the support server for a status update — an outage on our end or Discord's will show up there first.
Can I request a new feature or command?
Yes — post it in the community server's feature-request channel. We read all of them, though not every suggestion makes it in.
How do I remove all of my server's data from Admit?
Run
/data delete in your server, or simply remove Admit — deletion begins automatically after the retention window described in the
Privacy Policy.
Is Admit free?
Yes. Every command and feature documented on this site is available at no cost besides premium.
