This Privacy Policy explains how Admit Services handles information used by Admit, our Discord bot. Admit needs some information from Discord to run commands, manage servers, and provide its features. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Admit is built for Discord communities. When a server adds Admit, Discord provides information that the bot needs to respond to commands and perform the actions requested by the server's members and staff.
The information Admit handles depends on the commands and features being used. We try to keep collection limited to what the bot actually needs to work.
If you contact Admit for support, we may receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as your Discord user ID, server ID, screenshots, error messages, or a description of the problem.
Information handled by Admit is used to:
Admit does not use information collected through the bot to build advertising profiles or sell targeted advertising.
Some Admit features require information to be stored after a command finishes. For example, server settings and moderation records need to remain available so the feature works the next time it is used.
Admit Services keeps stored information only while there is a reasonable operational, security, support, or legal reason to keep it. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified where practical.
If Admit is removed from a server, information tied only to that server is no longer needed for normal bot operation and will be handled as part of our normal cleanup process, subject to security, dispute, backup, and legal requirements.
Admit Services does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only when it is needed to run Admit or when required by law.

Admit Services uses access controls and standard security measures to protect information used by the bot. Access to stored information is limited to what is needed to operate and maintain Admit. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so we also work to limit the amount of information we keep in the first place.
Server owners can remove Admit from their server at any time. If you want information connected to your Discord account or server reviewed or deleted, you can make a privacy request through Admit's official support channel.
We may ask for enough information to confirm that the request is legitimate before making a change or providing information. Rights available to you can also depend on where you live and the laws that apply to your request.
Admit is intended to be used in accordance with Discord's age requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from someone who is below the minimum age allowed by Discord. If you believe that information from someone below that age has been provided to Admit, contact us through the official Admit support channel so it can be reviewed.
Admit Services may update this Privacy Policy when the bot, its data practices, or the law changes. The date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes. If a change is important, we may also announce it through the official Admit community channels.
