Admit is a third-party application that connects to Discord's API to provide moderation, automation, and utility functions inside servers that add it. The Service is provided independently of Discord Inc. and is not developed, endorsed, or reviewed by Discord in any capacity beyond standard platform verification.
Features, commands, and configuration options described on this website reflect the Service at the time of writing and may be added, changed, or removed as described in Section 7.
You may use the Service only if:
The Service is not directed at children under the age required by Discord's own Terms of Service, and we do not knowingly permit use by anyone who does not meet that requirement.
Server administrators who add the Service are responsible for configuring it appropriately for their community, including setting moderation thresholds, assigning permitted roles, and reviewing automated actions taken on their behalf. We are not responsible for moderation decisions that result from configuration choices made by server administrators.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any dashboard credentials, API tokens, or integrations connected to the Service, and for any activity that occurs through them.

Operating the Service requires processing certain data made available through Discord's API, including message content relevant to command execution, server and user identifiers, and configuration settings you provide. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages (including Discord's own infrastructure), or circumstances outside our control.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features, commands, or the Service as a whole at any time. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it through our support server or this website in advance, though this is not always possible.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing it from your server. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — will continue to apply after the Service is removed or access ends.
The Service, including its name, logo, source code, and original content on this website, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as necessary to refer to the Service by name (for example, in your server's rules channel).
Configuration data, custom messages, or settings you create using the Service remain yours; by submitting them you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you.
The Service depends on Discord's platform and API, and may use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, data storage, or analytics. Your use of Discord itself remains governed by Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of Discord or any other third-party service the Service relies on or links to.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that automated moderation decisions will always be accurate.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the actions the Service takes on your server and for any consequences of relying on automated moderation without human oversight.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we, our operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or community membership, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
