These Terms of Service apply to Admit, the Discord bot and related website operated by Admit Services. By adding Admit to a server or using Admit in a server where it is already installed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use Admit.
You agree to these Terms when you install Admit, use an Admit command, or otherwise use a feature provided by Admit. If you install or manage Admit for a Discord server, you also confirm that you have permission to do so.
These Terms should be read together with the Admit Privacy Policy.
Admit is a multipurpose Discord bot that provides moderation, utility, AI, username, fun, and other server features. Features can change as Admit is updated.
Admit is a third-party service. It uses Discord's API and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own rules and policies.
You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and meet any age or legal requirements that apply to you. You also need the appropriate Discord permissions to add or configure Admit in a server.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Admit is configured and used in their server. This includes choosing who can use staff commands, reviewing moderation actions, and making sure the bot is configured in a way that fits the server.
Automated tools can make mistakes. Admit should not be treated as a replacement for human judgment when a moderation decision matters.
You may not use Admit to:
We work to keep Admit online, but we cannot promise that the bot will always be available. Outages, maintenance, Discord issues, hosting problems, updates, and other events can temporarily affect the service.
Admit Services can add, change, remove, or replace commands and features at any time. We may also stop operating a feature or the service itself.
Admit Services may restrict or stop access to Admit if these Terms are violated, if the service is being abused, if a security issue requires it, or if action is required by Discord or law.
You can stop using Admit whenever you want by removing the bot from your server. Ending use of Admit does not remove obligations that are meant to continue after termination, including the sections covering ownership, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification.
Admit Services owns the Admit name, branding, website, original software, and original content used to provide the service unless a third party is identified as the owner. These Terms do not give you ownership of any part of Admit.
Information and content you provide through Admit remains yours. You give Admit Services the limited permission needed to store and process that information so the requested features can work.
Admit relies on third-party services, including Discord and infrastructure providers. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, and outages. Admit Services is not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable or changing its rules or API.

Admit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every server. We also do not promise that every automated action or result will be correct.
You are responsible for reviewing important moderation actions and for deciding whether a feature is appropriate for your server.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Admit Services and the people involved in operating Admit will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits liability that cannot legally be removed or limited. Where a limitation is allowed, Admit Services' total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Admit Services for the service during the twelve months before the event that caused the claim.
If your misuse of Admit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights causes a claim or loss against Admit Services, you agree to cover the resulting costs and reasonable expenses to the extent allowed by law.
If you have a problem with Admit, contact Admit Services through the official Admit support channel first so there is a chance to resolve the issue directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using rights or legal remedies that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you.
Admit Services may update these Terms when the service changes or when we need to reflect changes in our policies or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page will show when the current version was last updated.
If you continue using Admit after an updated version takes effect, that use is subject to the updated Terms.
